An accomplished author and “Exceptional Design” expert brings her vast experience and training in residential design, elementary education and as the mother of three sons, one who has been diagnosed with Autism, to create modified and customized home environments to fit the needs of individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities.
Having first-hand knowledge of the difficulties faced by individuals with disabilities and their families, Elaine provides solutions to the continuous wave of destruction and disorder to transform a home environment from chaotic to a manageable as well as attractive living space.
In her efforts to support individuals with disabilities and their families in dealing with the challenges that naturally occur, she has written a series of articles and offers talks to ease the journey and share her experience and triumphs with others.
