Trish Carr, Executive Director, Co-Founder: Trish is an enthusiastic and creative professional, international speaker and author with over 25 years experience in Customer Service, Sales, Training and Management.  She is especially skilled at managing and motivating others to their highest potential and has a proven track record of producing extraordinary results.  She is also the Owner and Vice President of Majestic Home Maintenance, LLC, a property management and maintenance and repair company.    

Susan Wiener, COO, Co-Founder:  Susan has had a long and successful career in leadership and management for large corporations and small businesses.  Her many talents and gifts include her ability to provide inspiration and guidance, as well as her hands-on skill to "put out fires" and create master plans for running businesses.  She has had the entrepreneurial spirit since the 1980's and has led several organizations.  She is also the co-owner of an Auto Brokerage firm that makes the car buying experience easy for the consumer while saving money on the purchase.
